Foundation smears, smudged eyeshadows, and clumpy mascara wands adorned the testers, rendering them utterly useless for customers seeking to make informed purchasing decisions. The display areas were no better, with shattered eyeshadow palettes and shattered products on the floor. It was evident that no effort had been made to clean up or organize the products. Instead, customers were left to navigate through a chaotic mess, struggling to find what they needed amidst the clutter. The once pristine and inviting shelves now resembled a clearance sale aftermath, with items scattered haphazardly, further exacerbating the overall sense of disorder and untidiness. It was baffling to witness such neglect in a store that prides itself on providing an exceptional shopping experience. It appeared as though the staff had little regard for maintaining cleanliness, and the lack of attention was palpable. I was so excited to have a Sephora in Mobile again but I do not know how long it will last based on how it is currently operating.
