"Tried to schedule an appointment for my son. You can’t get anyone on the phone and after spending 20 min texting someone all my info. I refused to send my card info via text so then they call. She took my money to hold the appointment and then informed me if I don’t have more paperwork filled at least a week prior to the appointment, it would be canceled. I JUST PAID YOU $50 TO HOLD THE APPOINTMENT!! I’ll take my money down the road for some acne cream!"

"The care is top notch and the staff very nice. However, I nearly gave up signing up for an appointment as there were so many disclaimers and waivers. One can tell that this was concocted by a team of attorneys to protect the firm. Additionally, the Sign-in on a screen even repeated some of the some of the enormous amount of information that you have to complete when you first onboard with the firm. Again, the care and staff are top notch, but their onboarding and sign-in process dilutes the overall experience."
