"I had met Dr. Hartman through a work function and he recommended I come in for a mole check/ documentation where they check my whole body. When I tried to make an appointment they acted as if this was not a service they provided and told me I would have to make a separate appointment for each mole. As I have hundreds of moles, I have neither the time nor money for this so I did not. Months later I was experiencing a rash and decided to try Skin Wellness again. When I went in for my appointment with Alison she looked at photos of my rash that the nurse had taken and diagnosed it as a rash and had no additional information for me. The treatment she prescribed did not help. When I tried to make a follow up appointment I requested a different doctor and they told me that despite being unhappy with my previous care I would have to pay a deposit to switch to a different doctor. All three interactions I have had with this place have left me frustrated and my skin is not well. Edit: The owner has called me to apologize for his staff. He says that they do provide skin checks and that his staff was incorrect to tell me that. He also says that his staff was incorrect to tell me that I would have to pay a deposit to see a new doctor. He confirmed that I am in their system and that I was seen last September so would not qualify as a new patient. He suggests I should have know his staff was wrong and contacted the office manager instead of leaving a review."
