Her specials and insider deals are lots of fun: most recent sighting - "show us your tattoo and we'll give you a discount on this bottle of wine (brand had something to do with tattoos)" - she also usually has something available for tasting which really helps when you're trying to make a purchasing decision."
"That was an educational, fun visit with a few roads down memory lane. Some bottles I hadn't seen since I moved to Alabama, some I hadn't seen since I had moved to the States. I was offered some samples and left happy with a few bottles of never ever seen spirits. If you are looking for a vermouth that has pronounced vanilla notes or is cinnamon forward, when you need a bourbon that you cannot get anywhere else, a gin from Sweden or France, this is the place to go and find it. Bring some time to learn something new and socialize with the proprietor and staff."
