"Mrs. Mary and Mrs. Tammy were super helpful in picking out colors for a new cultured marble shower."

"In Response to Whitney K's Review: I was the individual at the front desk that she claims was rude and unprofessional to her. I greeted her and the individual with her as soon as they walked in the door. I asked them what I could help them with. She told me she was looking for vanity tops. I came around to the showroom to show her the vanity tops, I also explained to her that we do not currently have an integrated square sink and that if she wanted a square sink she would need to go with the rectangle undermount sink which I usually tell to every customer when they are looking at vanity tops and I am the one assisting them. After I showed her the vanity tops, I showed her the variety of colors we have that she can select from, then I proceeded to get the information from her to do the requested quote while she and the individual she came with looked at the colors. I went back to my desk and came up with the estimate in the way she asked the pricing to be done. I gave her the information on the different prices which she wrote down and then I asked her if there was anything else I could help them with, to which they told me no that they just wanted to look around the showroom some more, to which I told them that would be fine and if they had any further questions to please ask me. I was also the only one in the office at the time which means not only was I trying to help customers in person but also answer any phone calls that came in, in addition to my regular duties as I am not normally the one that works with walk in customers but will do so when I am the only one in the office without complaint. I did not feel I was short or rude with the customer. I felt like I assisted them to the best of my ability with the information she gave me, I gave them an estimate as was requested. I will also mention that she edited her review because in the original one which we got via e-mail she mentioned I was the only one in the office with no one else to help them and then proceeded to tell everyone that we had subpar work and to not come here, she also mentioned that if anyone wanted a square integrated sink then not to come here either since we don't have one."

"I visited Pelham Marble Company’s showroom today looking to get a rough estimate on a cultured marble bathroom vanity top. The lady sitting at the front desk could not have been more RUDE. She was very perturbed by us walking in. I had already emailed the company beforehand asking if I needed to make an appointment to come by and they responded no. I stopped in well before their closing hour of 4 PM. There’s something called “customer service” and she knows nothing about it."

"They redid my entire bathroom for a third of the price that it probably should have costed. I kept the 60 year old tile and it still goes great with the new marble."

"Waited three weeks for a no show. Had a relatively simple job that needed to be done. They were prompt to look at the job and get the estimate. They no showed - claimed it was “because of the rain” then canceled all together. Their estimate was double what I actually paid with another contractor (who showed up). Would not recommend this company. Terrible service and attitude."
