"I completely understand and believe that for some places you have to have the patience to wait in line for your turn, but in this particular place the waiting time has gone from 10 minutes up to 40 minutes just for them to tell you they don't even have the product your looking, for in stock! Kind of not what you want to hear when you been waiting in line for over 40 minutes, it looks like everyone in here works in a slow motion pace, definitely not good for a business as busy, as this one gets."
"The nicest team of employees!! They were not only helpful as I purchased paint, but they were extremely helpful afterwards when I locked my keys in my car! At least five employees acknowledged my situation and tried to help. One even spotted a tow truck in the parking lot, went out, and spoke with the driver about unlocking my car for me. He even checked back with me as I was leaving. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated their kindness."
"Don’t walk RUN from this place. They sold me a cheap product because that was all they had in stock. The manager clearly has ZERO knowledge of paint but worse she is SO RUDE! You would do better buying paint at Walmart or family dollar."
"The manager, Casey I think, was amazing. She perfectly matched paint from a house I'm restoring from 1930. She showed me her first attempt and said she thought she could get closer if I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. When she came back I couldn't even tell where she painted on the sample I brought in. She saved me hours of extra labor and cost."
