"The store has what you need most of the time, but the customer service employees really need to work on providing customer service. I really hate doing pickup orders. The people at customer service take forever to help you, and when they do, they can never find your order on their shelf or say they are looking for it and walk away to never come back."

"Purchased a new refrigerator on 09/10/2023 to be delivered on 09/18/2023. On 9/18 MONDAY did not deliver after confirmed, on 9/19, They unloaded new frig into driveway in front of garage door and left, did not install nor did they take our old frig which we paid to have recycled. Left frig in our driveway block my entrance and it sat out all night. I drove to Lowe's at 7:30 pm and was there until 9 trying to get a resolution. Delivery men showed up 6:33 WEDNESDAY morning without the hose we paid for at purchase, no tools, had to use my husband's and scratched my hardwoods from the living room, through family room en route to kitchen. They did not "hook up frig" I spoke to several people from Lowe's who said their delivery company was horrible BUT they did not mention until we were already inconvenienced multiple times and my floors damaged. I wish we had purchased somewhere else. Will NEVER purchase another large appliance from them. You shouldn't either. I am in the process of filing a claim with the delivery company on my hardwood floors. I went on my receipt to a link provided by Lowe's to fill out a survey. They only give you 7 days to fill it out and it took 11 days for delivery??? I was told the delivery company has 55 unpaid claims just from the Alabaster, AL 35007 store. I hope someone from Lowe's will see this and I will gladly give ALL the details (much more). My customer number is #476593499"
