"Delores is excellent. I'm a financial adviser and refer many of my business clients to Delores to have their business policies (liability, workers comp etc) reviewed. For business owners, there can be a false perception that they should use "commercial" agencies for their company. This couldn't be further from the truth as Delores has access to a number of commercial insurance companies with which to help local business. As an example, Delores recently reviewed my church's liability protection and her option was 20% more cost effective than my "commercial" agent was. She also pointed out that we were not compliant on our worker's compensation coverage ~a detail that our commercial agent was either uninformed about or just asleep at the wheel on. I wouldn't hesitate to refer or use Delores Armstrong."
