When I asked what kind of brake lines they had, they didn't know and just let me walk into the warehouse-area to look for myself. They don't have as much stuff available as other O'Rilies. But overall, I've had a good experience with them."

"When you have car trouble its never fun or easy. I had to stop by this morning on my way to work because I was having problems with my battery. Curtis checked it for me only to found out I needed a new one. He even took the time to put it on for me. He was very friendly, nice and prompt as I was trying to get to work. I know its is your job to help people, but Thank you for doing with a smile, I really do appreciate you helping me!!"
"The lack of customer service at this location is absurd. I simply needed O'Reilly to correct a small mistake another O'Reilly's made. Immediately the associated seemed irritated and inconvenienced that I the customer was experiencing an inconvenience. Was told he couldnt help because it would "mess up inventory" and the part the other location gave me was 11$ less then the part i was suppose to get and what i had paid for. I immediately canceled the other items I had ordered there and left. They rather lose a customer and business instead of fixing an $11 mistake made by another oreillys. I wanted the correct thing that i had paid for and ordered to get my customer back on the road today but they didn't want to have to get that $11 from the other oreillys or "mess up their inventories", so i have to be inconvenienced even more? Actually laughable. Called customer service and was informed theyin fact did not handle it correctly and did not follow policy. Never used oreillys before and don't think I will ever again regardless they are most convenient."
"Ordered a pickup order at 10 am, came in at 2 pm, and they hadn't gotten my simple oil change order ready. Had to stand at the counter and wait, I could have gotten all this together myself faster if I had known they wouldn't have my order ready to go."
