"Would not recommend this agency. Transferred to this agency in February 22 and was overcharged $162 on my homeowners policy. Mr Fikes assured me he would get it refunded. Over the next four months I never heard from him. I called multiple times and he was never in the office and the people I spoke to always assured me they were “working on it” even though it was clear they didn’t have a clue what they were talking about. I’ve been with Allstate over 20 years but after this experience I will be changing insurance companies to someone who cares about their customers."
