"I visited that agency trying to get a quote for General Liability and Worker's Comp. An agent named Luke Lawrence took care of me, under the promises of having an answer within 3 or 4 days. 1 week later I had to call, since I haven't heard from them. His answer was that he was still working on that (why he didn't fu to let me know). I waited again for another week, but there was not follow up or update at all. I decided to go another agency and I es able to get the quote and insurance within couple hours. 3 weeks later is when the agent calls me to ask me if I was able to get a quote from somewhere else, since he only had the one for WC....3 WEEKS LATER? REALLY? Not even a call to let me know he was having complications? Horrible service... I'll give 1/2 star just because we have to give some. I don't recommend this business."
