"Had a great buying experience, HOWEVER what followed was ridiculous. I was told that they couldn’t give me the title application the day I bought my car because of some system being down and it would be sent to me after a week. Long story short, two months and multiple voicemails later I pressed them since clearly no one was going to respond to my messages and was told that I would receive an email with the title application within the hour. When it was not emailed to me I called again (and then again when no email was sent) and was told it would be emailed to me in a few minutes. I then drove 20 minutes away to the dealership after coming to the conclusion no one was ever going to send me this document. I FINALLY was able to obtain the title application in person and spoke to a manager who ~could not seem to care less~ about this situation. Yes, I should have been more on top of this since not a single person at this dealership was, however I travel for work and had been out of the state and country. I really just want to know why they 1. never sent it in the first place and 2. couldn’t send a simple email after being reminded 3 times in one day? Like that’s insane and I feel like I kept being lied to. With peace and love, get yourselves together."

"My dad and I stumbled upon Mitsubishi Motors while in the area looking at a vehicle from another dealership. James greeted us outside, answered all our questions about the trucks we were looking at, and was extremely helpful. We test drove the truck and decided to make the purchase. James did not try to push me into getting something I didn’t like most salesman. They had a ton of great car options for me and worked out a pretty sweet deal!
