"I like to buy local and support small businesses when I can. So I bought my chainsaw from Three M Karts, at a roughly competitive price. And then got a quote on an upgraded bar through them, they gave me a comparable price, so I ordered it from them. I come to pick it up and the price as climbed to a much less competitive price. They didn’t seem to care about giving me false/outdated pricing, not calling me about the price change/correction, charging more than they quoted. I will plan on working with and buying from other sources in the future. Honestly, quality service is supposed to be where local businesses excel."
