"Either they don't know how to estimate materials and read prints or they intentionally left materials off their estimate to come in at a lower price. Somehow they were short 20 pieces of sheathing, "missed" over 42ft roof rafters, and they sent 9ft precuts for 10ft walls.They promised if things were missed I would be taken care of. Well I guess that meant they would load my truck if I came to pickup the missing materials. I'm still waiting for missing materials to be delivered. We finished framing over a month ago!! I finally gave up and went to another yard to finish the framing.I called twice to speak with the owner with no response."
