"I do like this salon for the most part. It's lovely inside. However, I do get frustrated with the constant attempts to up-sale. The first time I went for a pedicure, the nail tech asked me why I wasn't getting gel polish. Then she asked why I didn't want to upgrade my pedicure option, since I was just getting a basic. The next time I went for a pedicure, the nail tech told me that I should add a brow wax. I do not want or need a brow wax. I have never waxed my brows because I do not need to. Don't get me wrong, I understand that they are wanting to make more money. I absolutely get it! I'm sure I would attempt the same. But I almost feel insulted when I go in there and they're constantly telling me that I need to do something other than what I want or went there for. I will go back but I've felt uncomfortable the few times I've been."

"Kim did such a great job on my nails! I told her this was probably the most perfect set of nails I’ve ever had. She paid attention to detail and took her time. She would even go back and fix something if she noticed something off. The shop is beautiful and it’s just overall a great atmosphere."
