"My mother went on yesterday, 12/15/2023 and her nails are terrible! I am highly disappointed at the effortless job they have done on her hands! The shapes are different, the french tips aren’t clean creases and the polish looks thick. Her birthday party is tonight and she is extremely upset! Please do better at your services."
"The gel color came off a two fingers hours later. She did not cure the gel long enough at all. Almost all of them feel sticky. Paid over 100 for what I got and the color is sticky. Not to mention it’s the only nail shop I’ve been to that did not have anyone wash their hands not even ONCE like most usually do half way through a full set. No one was told to wash their hands while I was there."
"I got (almost) exactly what I wanted. My nail shape and length was perfect. I loved the color. I got gel on my acrylics but she did not let the gel polish cure long enough in between each coat. Two days later and almost all of my color has bubbled up and leaked out due to it not being cured properly."

"I went in for a pedicure... The tech half removed my previous polish and it can be seen thru my current polish! He did a rush job But, didn't hesitate to ask for payment I have never had such an awful pedicure in my entire life!"
