"This was the WORST experience I had. I get a call that my prescription is ready. I get to the drive through and they didn’t process my insurance. They have me wait 30 minutes and told me to come back. They then say they don’t take my insurance (Tricare). I then say that is not true. Then she proceeds to say I don’t have insurance. I tell the young lady I am active duty military how do you mean I don’t have insurance. She said come back around the drive through. I circle back around to pay “full price” because they were incompetent in running my insurance. Not to mention the nasty attitude like I was a criminal lying about my service or insurance."

"Actually, Zero stars!!!! I was waiting in line 20 mins before they were supposed to close, and when I got to the window, they closed! The only reason I filled with cvs was because Walgreens was out of my meds. The pharm on duty was Austin ? and he said, " I already served 2 customers after we closed." FYI, if you're in line before closing time, Walgreens takes care you!!! DON'T GO TO THIS CVS!!!! Austin was a jerk and shou be in this business!"

"Between closing early for the drive-thru, not having my meds ready when they are supposed to be, or the pharmacist having a snarky attitude when I have a question about medications. The only redeeming quality they have is that if I’m traveling across country my prescriptions can be transferred readily to other CVS pharmacies and the young girl at the drive thru."

"Pharmacist is excellent with customer service however, one of the techs were very rude. I did get there 15 minutes to closing..I only had a question. Tech was very rude about saying she wished they could close 10 minutes early just to tell the customers "Sorry, can't help you, we're closed". Please train your techs, that one, on tact and customer service skills."

"I went to urgent care due to viral symptoms. I instructed my PCT that a certain antibiotic doesn’t work for me so if they prescribe one, avoid that particular one. Mainly because I’ve suffered chronic sinus infections for years and it’s just not effective anymore. Get to the pharmacy, and they still prescribed that one. I’m very sick and I have no energy to deal with trying to reach urgent care plus I’d already had an antibiotic injection. I instruct the drive thru attendant that I only want to pick up 2 of my prescriptions, not the antibiotic. She questioned why and I informed her that it doesn’t work so it’s basically a waste of of money for me. She then told me she wouldn’t give/sale me any of MY prescribed medicine if I didn’t take the antibiotic AND that she would call the doctor to inform him that I don’t really want antibiotics. I repeated myself because that is not what I said and told her I am indeed okay with antibiotics, I just would need a different one. She persisted that once she called the office (I guess to “tell on me”) they would probably instruct her to not fill any of my prescriptions. So now, I feel threatened. I have been to the doctor, tested and diagnosed. The doctor has sent me 3 prescriptions in. But now you are basically saying you’ll hold all 3 from me if I won’t be them all??? Because I’m very sick right now, I purchased all 3 to just get home. However, I’m still not taking the antibiotic that doesn’t work for me! I’ll call the doctor and get a new one called in; which was my plan anyway. I literally felt bullied into purchasing medicine that I did not need and will not take just because I was sick, didn’t want to argue and REALLY wanted to lay down. I’ve had doctors call in multiple prescriptions before and I’ve opted to not get all of them filled plenty of times. Either there were some biases present or she is I’ll informed. Either way, I hope she doesn’t continue those antics."
