"I’m taking the time to send this because I care about your success and I’m confident I speak for many - You guys are set up to rule and be dominant for years to come at 428 East Main in Prattville, AL, not to mention with the loft project’s future presence - why y’all are blowing it is beyond me - Plastic-wrapped dollies packed with merchandise just sitting there, unsellable, no manpower to put the merchandise on the shelf - refrigeration and freezers broken down and at this point it’s becoming routine - staff is great and you will run them off with your business model - this is not a supply issue, it’s a business model issue - we go elsewhere now, DG is no longer dependable - it’s yours to take back, so DO IT."
"First impressions was the cleanliness I was amazed about how clean and organized it looked. Secondly how friendly and welcoming the staff was. And the variety of items they carry. Definitely loved it and will be constantly visiting."
"Store is nice, brand new, staff is friendly. Only problem is that it has never been fully stocked from the opening. Employees tell me that they don't get enough hours to stock the store properly, that they have stock in back, but no time to stock. Please hire more clerks to stock and I will shop there more often instead of passing it to go to Winn-Dixie, where I know they most likely have what I need in stock.
