"I don't know why they get so many great reviews. I would give minus five stars if I could. I went in for a hair color and cut. Wanted a burgundy red and came out with orange red hair. The girl was so frazzled that she had two clients at once, it took her three hours to do a simple color. I didn't even receive the cut but was charged for it. She didn't even style my hair. Awful awful service. Will not be going back to a salon that can't even provide the simplest of things. Like focusing on one client at a time and actually getting the services you were charged for."
