"I have used Jennifer at Alter'd Muse Salon twice and have been exceptionally impressed with both experiences. The first experience was with my daughter and myself. I initially scheduled the appointment for my daughter to have a cut and color and for me a cut with Balayage. I canceled the services for myself with plans to reschedule but kept the appointment for my daughter. While waiting on my daughter at her appointment I changed my mind and asked if I could get my haircut still that day even after I canceled it. Jennifer was extremely nice and said yes to my request immediately. She was also maintaining other scheduled appointments during this time and being just as courteous and professional to her other clients. My daughter and I were very happy with our new styles at that first visit. Jennifer even stayed late just to accommodate. I had my second visit with Jennifer yesterday and again my experience was fabulous. She has my hair looking far more amazing than it has looked in years. The Balayage wonder of Fall colors in my hair are on point and exceed all of my expectations. Put it this way, I was comfortable enough with her professional skills after my first visit that I was able to tell her that I just didn't want any reds or oranges and then trusted she would know how to make my hair look Amazing and Healthy and she did not disappoint!
