"The young lady was very careful (slow) to get my old polish off. 1 hr later, she was very careful (slow) to get my new polish on. 1 hr later, I was paying $32 for a polish change. I did not get a full manicure. The polish was goopy, and the brush needed to be replaced. It was my granddaughter's birthday but because we spent two hours getting our fingernails painted we missed several activities we were supposed to do. Now 2 1/2 hours later, my gooped nail polish is smearing off. I am so upset that I even sat there with my baby girl waiting an hour after her nails were completed."
"I went here and asked for him to trim my nails and give me a fill in with the same shape that I came in with(sharp square). This is what I got. After I said something about another coat, he told me he had already put on a top coat. Not to mention, he kept cutting me with the drill. No empathy. No emotions. No care, anything. This is what I had to pay for."
