"If you're not going to open on time, you do have other options than getting rude with a customer. First management should put a sign up in the drive-thru to let customers know they're not opening sue to maintenance. When they pull to the window, have a sign and do not get rude when asked why you're not open on time. POLITELY let them know there is maintenance going on."
"Never again! I wish I read the reviews before going here. My husband got so sick from this place and the manager here could care less. Spoke with the area manager and will continue to escalate this to every department and agency necessary if proper measures aren't taken to rectify this situation. The manager I spoke to should be fired for disregarding my complaint and hanging up on me. Rest of staff needs to be trained in food safety and handling! While there the staff was rude, and too busy chatting than helping customers. No wonder this place has the reviews and amount of stars that it has! I will never come back to this location."
"I hate to give this store, a one star because only one actual person which was a young man with a nice Attitude and outstanding customer service, was working while the rest of them were laughing and giggling while another customer besides me was waiting on their food for 20 minutes. When I say Unprofessional / high school vibes. This is a place to be. There is a girl with a blond wig and a girl with dreadlocks that I feel like they should be retrained and taught what professionalism look like."
"I asked my wife to pick me up some Chow mien for dinner, and in return, I got a large veggie where are the noodles."
"Service was quick. No smiles, though. Just blah. Restroom was clean, though in the handicapped accessible stall - the toilet wasn't flushing. SORRY. I hates that my teriyaki chicken had a big slab of fat..pure fat. The server just plopped it in the box - eewww. Rice was on the dry side. Veggies were crunchy and ok. Portion size was ok too."
