"My phone number was incorrect in dealership's system and maintenance was suppose to correct when I dropped my vehicle off for repair. I live in another city so they gave me a loaner to drive as they were having to keep it over night. I dropped off on Friday 9:30 am. I had not heard from them by the following Tuesday so I called them. They said my vehicle had been ready and they had tried to call me several times but couldn't reach me. They were calling the incorrect number. They did not correct my number as they were suppose to do."
