"This was the worst experience I have ever had while visiting this place. My daughter and I went there today and got our hair done. Miss Hannah done my daughter’s hair, and Miss Emily done my hair. . Hannah done a great job on my daughter’s hair. she was very nice and professional throughout the whole thing on the other hand Emily who done my hair I wouldn’t say it was rude, but done things very sneaky in her own little way. when I got there, I told her what I wanted and also showed her a picture. To sum things up while she was shampooing my hair, she told me on my next visit. I should get one of the colors that I asked for when I told her what I wanted. So I asked her why didn’t she put the copper color in my hair and she said that she explained to me at the beginning that she was not which she did not. why she was shampooing my hair the water was cold and afterword. I also wanted my hair cut and then and she told me that her other client showed up but if I wanted to wait, she would blow dry my hair and style it so I left there with wet hair and no cut and no style. My experience was so bad I probably will not go back to this place, but if you do do not use Emily."
