"The repairs were completed, it took a long time to get the car back, due to it being returned for corrections. The passenger side of the vehicle was repaired, but it was curved instead of straight, showing metal work, instead of replacements, as promised. The rear door was replaced when asked, but the quarter panel was not. It looks good, but a little off, due to the slight curviness of lines. Since the doors were repaired, the wind sound has increased dramatically. They did repair the car multiple times upon request and even fixed a small dent I had in the car for free."
"DO NOT go here if you are filing an insurance claim. They are extremely overpriced and will take a quick 10 minute look at your vehicle , take a few pictures and give a ridiculously overpriced estimate that will cause your car to be classified as a total lost when it could easily be repaired for a much lower costs. They do hail damage estimates differently than other body shops as well which inflates the price. There are other body shops that do a great job for a fraction of the price! Just greedy practices and lack of customer service."
"John and his team at Saraland are great! They are friendly and do their best to satisfy the needs of the customer. Like most businesses post-covid, they are plagued by suppy chain issues with parts. I understand that they have no control over these delays, but once they get the parts, they complete the repairs and strive to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. This is the second time I've used this shop, and both times I drove away completely satisfied. 2018 Ram 1500 Repaired dented drivers door and replaced mirror, Blended paint, Replaced bumper, trim, and grill, Repainted grill and trim without hesitation when I was not satisfied with the stock appearance. They did everything they could to make sure I drove away happy and pleased with the service I received."
