"My daughter and I came in fifteen minutes before our appointment time and everyone looked up and no one said anything. After ten minutes of women talking inappropriately in front of my child I got up and asked if we were supposed to just wait. At give minutes after our appointment a lady walked in and asked who was there for her and I said that I booked online and it said Crystal. She said Crystal has not worked there in 5 years. I said we just wanted our eyebrows done and she said Well Crystal doesnt work there. I always wanted to try this place and never again. Totally rude and unprofessional"
"I called Susie for a removal after a terrible experience with a lash extension installation at a different salon. She made time for me that evening after working out of town. She was so gentle and reassuring after I had had such a bad experience elsewhere. My lashes were in terrible shape but she was patient and did a great job removing the extensions. I will absolutely go back to her."

"Basically got a wax bath with Jessica. French bikini, sternum, stomach, and arms. This was my first time getting anything waxed that wasn’t on my face, and she made it a very comfortable experience. She was easy and fun to talk to throughout the waxing session, and she was very knowledgeable about what type of wax worked best for my hair type. All around: GREAT experience and HIGHLY recommended. Ps: she was also spot on with what Lip Sense color she recommended for my needs (Praline Rose)."
