"I’ve been going to Monica’s Salon consistently for almost 2 years now, and I can say my results always top notch! Monica does fabulous hair and will try to bring your vision to life every time and is very patient. Also she washes and blow dries hair which is hard to find these days! She actually cares about growth and hair health and will give you education about what products to use, how often to come back, and what styles will keep you on your healthy hair journey. "I wanted someone to do a wash n go instead of me doing it myself. So I decided to look on style seat and found Monica. She had two appointments for the same day and I booked for her afternoon appointment. Upon arrival, she greeted me by name and we had a quick consultation so she could understand what I desired and also wanted to see the status of my hair. Her assistant was nice and thoroughly cleansed and conditioned my hair. I received a complimentary steam session and that was lovely as well. The products Monica used was a perfect combination for my hair and I am very thankful for her. Even before I left, she made sure that I was satisfied with my hair. I highly recommend her and I will definitely be coming back to her."

"I’ve visited before and loved my hair…However I can count 3 different experiences where I’ve had last minute cancellations. Maybe I’m too understanding but this was the last straw. 2 of the incidents which were my birthday and the most recent being a graduation event I needed my hair done for. During the last incident I reached out to inquire via social media platform and then booked online. After booking online I got a message saying the price of the service I booked for was actually different than what was online, followed by a message to cancel due to an emergency. Again, I was understanding and was flexible. I then got an email (had I not checked my email, I wouldn’t have known) that my appointment was actually moved to Saturday. I messaged to ask if it was okay if Monday was okay like we originally discussed when she canceled the original which she agreed to Monday. Monday comes (day before event) and I didn’t receive a reply back, text back or call. I reached out 3 different times. I hate this because I really wanted to start back getting serviced by Monica (stopped during Covid), but after this last incident I am completely done. It is so hard finding good consistent stylists."

Monica truly goes above and beyond and you can tell hair is her true passion. She has outstanding great customer service skills and extremely professional.
