"This was my first time visiting this location. They are extremely understaffed. I came in for a simple gel pedicure. I waited for nearly 2 hours for a pedicure and finally decided to leave. Once I got up to leave the shop owner pleaded for me to stay but it was too late. I wanted to like this place but they need to be better staffed. For reference there were 4 nail techs and 7 customers. If the shop knew they were busy and could not handle the extra customers they should express that to customers."
"This was my second time supporting this salon and I wasn’t disappointed! Pedicures are wonderful and today I got my first full set for my birthdays and I was so happy! Thank y'all again !"

"My experience with the pedicures have been OK. On the other hand, I wouldn't get my nails done here again. The acrylic started lifting after 3 days both times. I went twice to give it a second chance because the location is close to where I live. I was able to remove my nails without any soaking at home with no problem within a week after a fill in."
"This is the worst nail salon to go to. I paid $95 for a pedicure and full set. After a day I could see that the nail technician did not place the acrylic properly and i started to see where it started lifting. The acrylic had not been placed properly through the entire nail. I will be contacting the nail board of education to report such service . I have a video showing that the very next day. After I called they stated I only had three days to report even though I had video taken the very next day after the service . Which by no means should show lifting or the improper placement of acrylic. The design was poorly made by i what i think my 2 year old daughter could’ve drawn and my nails are lifting after the day after they were done and let’s not talk about the pedicure that was poorly done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. i called trying to get it fixed and they stated i would have to pay half of the refill even though it’s been 6 days since I got my nails done … i also asked for flower designs that were poorly drawn that my 2 yr old could have done a better job at . I will never come back or recommend ANYONE to come here.."
