"THANK YOU CARLOS AND ANGIE!!! On dec 26 my car was totaled by a crazy person on 280. I had to turn in my rental four days after they officially totaled my car. I went online and bought a car off Carvana. I was supposed to be picking it up on a Wednesday then I was told they were having transportation issues and I could pick it up that Saturday. Saturday rolls around and while I was getting ready to go get my car they call me to tell me the car was damaged during transit and was leaking oil and it would be another week. Well in another week I would have lost my job so I called Benton and spoke to Angie (sweetheart of a women) who set me an appointment immediately with Carlos.
