"This business literally stole from us. I've been trying to call and get in touch with a store manager for over a month. Every time they're "in a meeting" or "not present," but I was promised a call back 3 times and it never happened. Today, I waited on hold for over half an hour and as soon as I got the "store manager," I tried to explain the situation and encouraged him to check his payment records which will prove they did not pay for the item we shipped them. He refused to even look into it. He said, "email me the information," and I said OK sure, what email should I send that to? This "manager" hung up. I called right back and now they've got me on seemingly endless hold. One of the least professional interactions I've had with a business. Absolutely inexcusable."
"Very rude service at this location. The two guys behind the counter were having a personal conversation about their wives. I stood at the counter for over a minute before one of the store employees would acknowledge my presence. I then proceeded to ask for a fog light bulb. One of the men stated they do not sell fog light bulbs. Will not go back to this location."
"The guy who checked me out refused to talk. I said hey, nothing, how are you? Nothing....have a good night...you guessed it, nothing. Very rude to not treat customers with politeness. I guess because. I guess when you hire inexperienced people you get their results."
