"They touched my terminals and etc last and 6 months later the battery I bought is no good but I can’t get it out cause they stripped my screws and smashed my terminal down with a hammer so I can’t get it out. Never again"
"Gel cell batteries have not been a problem in the past. I wanted a Gel cell lawn mower battery. recently, all they had was lead cell. My advice is before you accept a lead cell, ask them to pull the caps off to check the acid level. Yes, I got a Dead battery, They said was ready. UPDATE: went back with receipt a couple days later. retested the battery. money refunded. all is good."
"These guys buy their batteries from the Interstate Battery store on Finley Ave., who sells them for $10 less. You're welcome Never bought a battery from these guys that lasted even 2 years. Wouldn't make good on a battery that was a year and 4 days old and sold me one to replace it that won't hold a charge and has a shorted cell."
