"Stopped in a couple weeks ago while on vacation (on a Saturday) to get my tires balanced on my Ram 1500 and I have nothing but good to say about the services I received. The young lady working (Mary I believe) was very professional and I could tell she enjoyed her job. I have been in automotive service over 17 years from Technician to Management and I can tell you she definitely is an asset to your establishment! The service technicians were polite and professional as well. By the way my first stop was the Ram dealer across the way and they couldn't get me in for 3 hours and suggested me going to the Ford Quick Lane and I am thankful they did."

"So my wife brought her car in yesterday to get service arrived at 330pm service clerk said that they didn't have enough time to fix her brakes when they pulled the car in to be serviced at 437pm. They close at 6pm but was "short staffed". I have picture's of the technicians work ethics as I'm am sitting waiting being told that it takes 2 hours to get new brakes put on. The technician is check his phone walking to the store to buy and eat snacks going into the manager office to sit down and have several conversations. And then do a little work then go back to doing nothing again."

"Absolutely Terrible Service!!!!! Went in for a simple transmission fluid change and left with a broken intake manifold vacuum hose that wasn’t discovered until we drove off the lot and the car engine automatically cut off after two minutes. Broke the car back and the manager Joel James test drove the car again and didn’t even tell us what was wrong until we walked into the garage area ourselves and asked what was going on. He told us the part they broke and he’ll check to see if they had any in stock to replace it. He never told us if they had any replacements in stock until we walked into the garage area and caught him trying to cover himself with his upper management and then he told us he could “rig it up” so it could be drivable until the replacement part comes in, I told him no and asked for a loaner vehicle instead. The manager finally came back and told us they have a rental car available and apologized for the experience. I recommend everyone stay far away from the car service center because they’ll lie and mislead you to cover up their mistakes and make you pay more money out of pocket. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
