"I scheduled to have a fender repair done with him & took my car to him on the date we agreed on. He said the car would be ready by the end of the week. No problem. The day before weeks end, I called to see if it was gonna be ready when we he said. He told me that he had already taken the fender off and he was just waiting on the new fender to come in. He said the mail hadn’t ran but that it may come that day & then told me that he could rework the fender on the car & have it ready by the next day. I said that I’ll just wait on the fender and hopefully it’ll come that evening. I told him I’d call him the next day after work & a nap bc I work nights. I called & he didn’t answer so after over an hour of no call back, I drove to his shop to see my car sitting in the yard with the bumper and fender attached. I asked if it was ready, he said, no. I asked when it would be done and this SOB said, Not Today. I said when? He said probably Tuesday. I asked, Have you even started on it? He said, no. I told him that I’d be back shortly to pick the car up. When I arrived there were other customers there and when he handed me the key, he said, I called Honda and that parts on back order. Can’t get one. If you had already ordered the fender then you would have already had a tracking number and be waiting on it to be delivered as you said. That part isn’t on back order btw. You can get em from Honda & OEM, no problem! I checked. This man’s a lot of things but trustworthy isn’t one & I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone!"
