"They said they would install the part...then after u buy it they say they don't do that"
"My car wouldn't start so I went to advance instead of auto zone Santa (he looks like Santa) came out and cleaned my posts and it's been cranking ever since. Saved me $. So, when my daughters jeep wouldn't start, I went back to advance I bought a battery this time from Santa and his helper. They did a price match (auto zones was cheaper). Auto zone wouldn't honor their warranty because we had to take the original battery back and get a new one 2 weeks after buying it so fast forward almost 2 years the 2nd battery was still under warranty, but they wouldn't honor it because we had to take the original one back. Auto zone is very unfriendly and talk to you like you are stupid. I'll always use advance now even if Santa isn't there. Wish I had gotten their names."
"They had to order my parts and I was told that they would be in on Monday but when I went to pick them up I was told that they could not get them because they were at another store and that someone should have called and told me. Well they did not call and I made a 50 mile round trip for nothing."
