"The staff here are awesome. Great customer service and great attitude! My brake booster decided to stop working on my F250 while towing a 5000lb boat up from Biloxi to our vacation rental on Lake Smith. I ordered the parts online at 7am and they were ready for pickup when they opened at 9am. Since I was from out of town I had no real choice but to do the repair at the store. Clint and the team wouldn’t let me work on the truck in the parking lot because of the down pour of rain and instead open up the bay door for me to work inside. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the down to earth, get it done attitude everyone at this store displayed. Prices were great and they had everything I needed in stock for a 25 year old Diesel. Well done!"
"I started buying my parts from NAPA many years ago. After purchasing different parts from other companies and having the parts fail. I called around to find a company that had products with moving parts (bearings) made in the USA. NAPA was the only parts store that met the criteria, my parts quit failing. I have been a NAPA customers ever since. There may or may not be other stores today that meet the criteria. With quality parts, friendly, courteous staff why look further and competitive prices. I'm not a mechanic but I have children, grand and great grandchildren and someone always needs something."
