"Ryan & Loren both went above & beyond normal customer service for an oil change. The primary oil change tech did an excellent job. But I failed to get his name. He was great! 3 fantastic techs! They were all patient & kind as they also replaced both my windshield wipers and my cabin air filter. Ryan spent extra time to carefully “drop” my glove box to replace the cabin air filter. I’ve been using Express Oil at this Jasper, AL location for 10+ years. Excellent service keeps me coming back!!"

Buddy will make sure to take care of you and do you right if anything goes wrong. Nothing but good experiences here. "Quick competent friendly professional service priced reasonably. Even though I spent my teens changing my own oil for less than $5 spent total, the past 20 years overseas in Japan and Germany I couldn't get an oil change for less than $130+, if not $220 at a BMW dealership, and even then I would still fine stripped or cross thread plugs or a filter wrench left in my engine compartment rattling down the road. LoL. This place, however, is peace of mind. The missing star is for an overpriced air filter, which I was clearly not going to make a separate stop for anyways--let's face it. Staff communicates well here."
