"I’m so sick of the lack of customer service that this company obviously does not have. Every time I come here the workers have attitudes and don’t want to do their job. I called first to ask if they were open and the guy said unfortunately (Martin Luther king day) I said okay and proceeded to go in even though last they gave me attitude I brushed it off but I’m fed up. I went in this morning after jumping off my suv and tried to get an oil change, the guy said turn off your vehicle I replied ok but i just had to jump it off because of the weather (was supposed to snow ) he said we’ll go get your battery checked and come back not gonna change it. I looked down and saw a blue jump box nearby and asked if he could use it to jump it off it if doesn’t crank he stated no we don’t jump off batteries I said I understand I see the signs but as a courtesy to your customer if I’ll need it would you to keep me from being stuck in this bay he stated no not gonna do it. I left and went right down the street to express oil change and said the same thing to the guy guess what he said “oh no problem if I need to I can use our jump box to crank it. But I didn’t even have to get a jump off but it was nice to know that EXPRESS OIL CHANGE on 15th street I recommend them they just earned all of my business I will not be going back to SPEEDY OIL DONT WANNA CHANGE PLACE"
"These guys knocked it out of the park today in serving my Pacifica with an oil change. Great service all around- and they completed the work in a timely manner. One extra nod of service - that in all my oil change experiences through the years have never seen done- was the servicemen taking care of my vehicle , removed the air filter and used the air hose to remove debris from it and placed it back in. Little things like that go a long way. I’ll be back again for this vehicle and my other vehicle."

"The best in Tuscaloosa. Definitely the best on 15th Street. Don’t stop across from Taco Casa. They don’t even put all the parts back on. The gentlemen at Speedy Oil are the best. Mr. Fred is like that buddy from high school that you haven’t seen in years but you feel like you see everyday. Hit them up next time that maintenance light comes on."
