"Jake was very helpful. The car was clean but as a member (I signed up today) I expected a towel to dry my car. As it was, my car was wet in the usual areas (side mirrors, back window, etc.)."

"So apparently I unknowingly signed up for some sort of monthly plan when I went through the car wash. The guy when I was going through asked me my email address and apparently that was enough to sign me up. I have been trying to cancel for 2 months now but cannot get help. They keep asking for the number on a sticker which I provided but they say it is invalid. DONT GO THERE."

"I have had good experiences here before but I went today and was very disappointed. I paid $19 for the “Works”, but my truck came out looking so much worse than when it went in. The guys at the beginning of the car wash sort of sloppily “pre washed” the truck with brushes that they dip in buckets presumably containing a cleaner. This is a good idea in principal to get some of the bugs and pollen off before the actual car wash. However, they did a pretty sloppy job as in not really much of a pattern and leaving big patches undone. Then, for whatever reason, they didn’t rinse it off, they just moved on to the next car. The problem is that it was a hot day and there were two cars in front of me so by the time I actually got into the car wash, their “pre wash” had dried. I went through the car wash, but it didn’t remove the dried on residue from the unrinsed, dirty pre wash...at all. In fact, the marks left from the pre wash are matte on the glossy paint and I can’t buff it out with any type of cloth that I’ve tried. See pictures of what it looks like...pretty horrible. I am going to have to use a fine cut polish and polish the clear coat by hand to try to remove all the dried on residue. I left so frustrated because I paid $19 for a car wash that not only was a waste of money (except for the shiny tires!) but actually requires me to spend time and money to remove the effects which were caused by negligence. The pictures were taken at the vacuums immediately after the car wash. I wanted to speak to a manager but there didn’t seem to be anybody in the office and the only other people were the young guys doing the pre washes and directing cars into the wash so I didn’t speak to anyone. I appreciate the location, price, and features (floor mat washer, etc) but the events of this visit really upset me."
