"On a Saturday night at 8:30 PM our teenage college kids were driving home from spring break and broke down near brilliant Alabama. Being a mother I was panicked and I knew that AAA was going to take a couple of hours to get there so I called around to some local automotive repair places and reached Chad the owner of Bryant’s automotive. He told me he would go help the kids and they were on the side of the highway. He temporary fixed the skid plate underneath her car so that they could continue back to Ole Miss. "If you are a young lady, do not go here alone. They will take advantage of you. She was was quoted $130 for an oil change and then told she owed $280 when she went to get her car (I saw invoice). They changed things out without asking her if she wanted it done and overcharged her everything (like $103 for oil alone)."
