"There were no lanes open to check out, only self check out. There were 2 ladies at self checkout. I asked her why they didn't have a regular checkout open and she said she was only concerned with self checkout. I said I was calling corporate office which I did. They were very surprised also. A man behind me asked where the checkout ladies were and I told him there weren't any. He said he was not going to do self checkout. This was at Winfield Walmart at 9AM on Valentines day."
"My pick up order was missing several things this morning but Angie made it right and got everything for me tonight as soon as possible. one of the guys (I didn’t get his name) helped me carry it all to my car too. I never had anything missing in my order until now but the customer service was great. Thank you!!"
"I live halfway between the Winfield and Jasper Wal-Mart's. I prefer the Winfield Wal-Mart hands down. The store is stocked well lines are not nearly as long as Jasper. Usually in and out without any hold ups."
"This store should be shut down. Customers service associates LIE instead of asking managers. And NOBODY will answer the phone in ANY department. Y'all are a disgrace . I'm turning you in to the federal government for the lies your employees told about organic items and ebt."
"For me , they move the items much to much. I like to find the things I buy on a regular basis , in the same place everytime, it saves me lots of time, that's very important to me , and I will never like the self check out. Feel like I'm working for Walmart when I have to self check."
