"I paid about $2,000 to have my air conditioner fixed 2 months ago. It broke down on me and left me stranded near the shop. They were nice enough to work on my vehicle until 10:30 at night and then came to pick me up from my hotel and take me back to the shop. They only asked $635 for the job, even with after hours on a Friday night. There's a reason that they have so many good reviews here on google, they do a good job for a fair price and take care of their customers."

"This place is a joke!!!! Paid over $3000 for my husbands car to be fixed and he never put any NEW parts in it, there was nothing new put in it. Paid for 2 motors and the old one was still in it, all 3 times we got it back it was running hot & had a tick in the motor, which is what was wrong with the orginally motor. Couldn't even get it home. Now we have a car that's not running and $3000 in debt bc of this man."

"I broke down in the middle of Alabama. Literally nothing around except this small town of Winfield. Couch Service Center was there to help out, even though I got my car to them hours after they closed. They even offered to take me back to Atlanta the next day, if I had no one to come pick me up. I will be grateful for them, even though they weren't the ones to service my car."
