Chipotle Mexican Grill

"First and last time I will ever go. There were about six employees chit chatting when we arrived but we had to stand there several minutes until one came over. They were out of two meats and no one was making any more. Several toppings were out too. Some items are ‘online only’, even though they are clearly posted on the menu. The girl making the food was rude. Every table was dirty. The drink area was trashed and they didn’t have lids. The managers should be fired , the staff let go and This location should be closed! Disgraceful excuse for a restaurant!"

"I love Chipotle but every time I go to this location it’s gross. Never clean, they slide your burrito though the crusty ingredients left on the counter from I’m guessing all day. There are no clean tables, the trash is over flowing, the floor is dirty and the self serve area looks like people just had a food fight. Employees act like you’re bugging them too. Sorry to say….i won’t be going back there."

"I ordered door dash from the location. Absolutely HORRIBLE. I would’ve much preferred them just cancel my order and i would order elsewhere if i would’ve known it was going to be prepared like this. My dasher also told me that they were rude to her and tried to charge her the ONE INCH of vinaigrette that comes in those Dixie cups. Chipotle…. I seriously need y’all to tear this whole location down and start fresh…… because this is 100% unacceptable."

"It is very sad that a company like Chipotle does not want to deal with customers. Now the local store in Huntsville is digital only. I REFUSE to order on an app and wait in my car for an order. If I wanted that I would go to Sonic. You have lost my business forever. It's so obvious that NOBODY from Chipotle reads the reviews they get because the last 6 reviews are all 1 star. This screams lack of management and training. Good thing is my dollars won't be used to train your employees cause I will go somewhere else. Update: 12/20/23 They are offering inside dining if you can find a clean table. Every table dirty. We had to clean our own table. The employee had to remake chicken bowl 3 times for the lady in front of us. Our food was good and we enjoyed it. This location still needs corporate help to train employees."

"Not only was this location unclean, but they were completely out of salsas and hadn’t cooked any onions and peppers. The person who wrapped my burrito had just finished cleaning and didn’t change their gloves, and at the register they charged me for queso even though I was using it as a substitute for the lack of all salsas. I should have left immediately because I lost my appetite after they wrapped my burrito with dirty gloves. To add insult to injury, the self-serve bar was dirty and lacked napkins. I will not be returning."
