"I just wanted to pump my tires up with air and the pump says "7-Eleven air" on it. When I put coins in it, nothing happened so I went inside to the cashier. Cashier says it's not 7-Eleven's responsibility so I would have to call a 1-800 number that's on the unit. I called the 1-800 number and they want me to download an app or call during business hours. No thanks, it's not my job to report an outage, it was $2 I don't have that kind of time but the attendant could just as easily put a out of order sign on it. Wish I had some tape cuz I would have done it for her. Not exactly good customer care."

"Yesterday (3 Jun 22), stopped to gas up my motorcycle. Never got gas at this place before. Gas pump read $27.00 for Supreme ar $5.69 a gallon. No problem. Got home to see notification of credit card pending $125.00!! Can't dispute it because I didn't go in to get a receipt, since pump didn't print one. My fault for not getting receipt. Tried calling 7-11 to get yesterday's receipts. No answer. I guess I blessed someone with $98.00 worth of gas! Enjoy! UPDATE: Owner of 7-11 emailed me about my issue. She explained that some companies place a "hold" amount on credit cards while the actual purchase amount is pending. Instant relief there. Then, she told me to call her cell phone when the pending charge is complete, and if it's for more than $27.00, she'd fix the issue. Yesterday, I received an account update that my credit card was charged only $27.00. So, 5-stars (instead of the 1-star i gave previously on 3 Jun) for the owner's immediate response and for taking a personal interest in wanting to help me fix the issue. Now, THAT'S customer service!"
