"I just ordered from here. I waited almost 20 minutes in line. They asked me what I ordered 2 times at the 1st window. Then AGAIN asked at the 2nd window 3 MORE TIMES! I got a McChicken with NO CHICKEN PATTY. it only had Bacon on it and cheese in the bun. I got extra orders of fries I didn't order, Never got my chicken nuggets. and I got 1 beef patty on my Big Mac NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THIS PLACE MY MONEY"
"Not only is this store ridiculously inattentive at the counter (ignoring a line 6 guests long, as multiple staff members walked by and just looked at them, until one pounded on the counter), but once they have your order, calling their preparation times glacially slow would be doing them a favor. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes for your hamburger, fries, and chicken nuggets. Visiting this McDonald's requires a tolerance for watching uncaring staff who walk like zombies. This is also one of the most expensive McDonald's I have ever seen, with prices rivaling the store at the airport, $2-3 high for the area across the board. The only positive of this store is that it still has a play place."
"Every time I come here service is so slow they always take 10+ minutes to take my order because they are "taking one order at a time" then another 10-15 to make the food it's absolutely ridiculous they take the fast out of fast food. This is the second time it's taken around 25 minutes to get food from here and I've only been twice. The cashier with braids is not friendly and the food is always cold."
"I made an order first thing this morning through the drive thru. I proceeded tocwait for 10 minutes with no service with no one ahead of me while i sat at the window waiting to just pay. I drove off due to the fact that not a single employee insided bothered to acknowledge the drive thru window. Or say anything to me."
"Kids working drive thru were absolutely mute, never said a word. Management needs to teach customer service and human interaction. Order was incorrect and forgot multiple items."
