"I have usually always had an pleasant experience at this store in particular but today changed my outlook on this store, some employees are stellar but this employee that I have come in contact today was extremely rude to me giving me an attitude for asking a simple question.i would mention her name if she didn’t have the name tag covered up. Do better training your employees if they’re not happy working for Kroger then they should find another job but not taking out their frustration on frequent paying customers, after today u will not be returning to this store in particular I will be going to Meijer instead."

"Omg ! This place is completely filthy. Had to use the bathroom. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in month's. Poop on the walls , toilet seat pure filthy. Toilet paper on floor. DISGUSTING ! N ow id say something to the staff but they are so unfriendly. If u don't like your job quit . Use to be such a nice store when they first opened. NOT ANYMORE !!! I drive the extra miles to Meijer."

"Kroger money service was by far the best check cashing service in my 15 mile radius. Joan is a great employee and figured out how to cash my check that no where else could do! The Walmarts around me could not help me. Joan was very helpful. Give her a raise!!!"

"This is still good store, but it's showing it's age. It's on the smaller size. The parking lot is not adequate. The store is well stocked and there are no issues with the employees, although at times, they are clearly short staffed. There is a HUGE vacant lot on the other corner of 21 & Card. A smart move would be to build a new, much larger store there. It WOULD be a quick ROI!"
