"I tried to return Bottles But they would not take them back even though I bought them there. I tried to speak to the manager but she was very rude and inconsiderate. She told me point blank I cannot return the bottles here And walked away!! I will continue to use the pharmacy as they have been very nice and courteous. I would never purchase another item at this rite aid ever again!!"
"Do NOT purchase beverages that require a return deposit from this store. The return machines are always broken and the women manager consistently refuses to accept bottles even with proof they were purchased from this location. I go across the street to CVS, where I did not purchase them, and they cheerfully process the return. Despite the excellent service from the Pharmacy I will never purchase anything requiring a return deposit from this store again."
"I have had it with this pharmacy! There is an individual who works there that is beyond rude. I have had issues with this location in the past, but thought that the individual may have been possibly having a bad day. Apparently the employee feels that they are doing me a favor when filling my prescriptions. Customer service is all but gone... I will no longer be giving Rite Aid my business after the interaction and treatment that I received this evening!"
