"I was in there over the weekend and Jake was absolutely amazing! I’m new to the app and had no idea what I was doing. Despite being busy he set up my account on my phone from scratch, answering all of my questions with ease. He did all of this with a smile while serving his other customers even addressing them by their first names and exchanging friendly personal conversations. I am thoroughly impressed by his attitude and communication skills. It shows he takes the time to know his customers and is willing to help anybody that needs it."

"Wow... As a 711 employee myself didn't expect to be treated so rude. Just got off my midnight shift went to grab some hot food since I work 30 mins from home and mini tacos don't travel well. I was given eye rolls and bad attitude. As I wait for my mini tacos I grab a bag of chips and dip bring it to the counter since my tacos are done and she throws a bag on the counter for me to bag my own stuff... After a night of taking pride in my job to be treated so rude was definitely not what I expected. Tuesday July 18th 2023."
