"The employee for the furniture section was no where to be found there were a few people waiting no call buzzer or bell finally went to the cashier at the front of the store. An Angie appeared from the vs l must of interpreted her rest time be aide she didn’t want to search for a couch for me, she said if I was told it’s in Flint, then I have to go there. I wanted her to look if there was somewhere closer and she wouldn’t. She seemed bothered and very u professional. I was very upset with her unwillingness to help me. I went to the cashier that gave her name and informed she was the furniture manager at when I asked who was her boss she was very reluctant to give me a name finally gave a Brian store manager, when I asked for a time I could speak to him, she replied I dint know I think he’s on vacation. Geez talk about covering each other. This was a very bad experience!! Big lists in Southgate on Eureka are not pleasant at all!!"
"The service was great I can't say anything bad about the customer service the two ladies I had to speak to were great. But the fan I bought I had to return it was missing pieces and nothing worked. So I had to return it. The girl was very nice and did not give me a hard time at all on the return so that was nice"
