"Store was busy but usually messy. Alot of associates had big carts putting out merchandise. Hard to get to merchandise on shelves. Associates didn't seem friendly and didn't smile or greet people."

"I came for a CPR class. The young man working at the door wasn't sure where I needed to go, but did find out for me. As i was leaving, he followed up with some questions. (I didn't mind. It made him memorable.)"
"There's been just so much wrong with this store lately. So many stories. But the latest is getting a text that my online groceries order is ready and my husband waiting 2 hours and never got the groceries. Then there was the green hotdogs we got a couple of weeks ago and the moldy split pea with ham soup. Or there was the custom 1/2 sheet cake I ordered for my uncles 90th birthday. When I got there they presented me with a small quarter sheet cake 9x13 and got very annoyed with me that I knew the difference. They argued with me about it's size and when I asked her how I was supposed to get 50-60 slices out of that cake, she said you cut very small pieces. Then a lady in the line at customer service heard the exchange and walked over and said. "I make cakes for a living. That is a quarter sheet all day long.". They gave her some looks to. The store is always short stocked and very often a mess. I won't be going there any more. I'm not a chronic complainer but when is someone going to do something? This store needs a surprise visit from cooperate."
"Pickup situation is awful. Pickup spots full and extra cars parked everywhere trying to get their orders. 2 people working. I don't shop here regularly so I had no idea I couldn't pick up my items in store. Had to wait over an hour while the held my 2 shirts for my son hostage. Told me I would have to call corporate to cancel my pickup since I already qued into the system. NEVER again."
