"This must be one of the most professional and courteous retail stores in today's arena. The associate helped me properly size my daughter over the phone and recommended different ballet shoes for her. Being a single parent with 3 boys and one daughter this proved to be immensely helpful. Due to some time constraints and unavailability of the shoes in my area I requested an overnight shipment. This was accepted by the owner, at my cost, and I received my daughters ballet shoes in less than 24 hours from the time I placed the order. I WILL return for more items.
